Terms of Service

Welcome to Isooro! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Isooro mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion.

3. Purchases and Payments

a. In-App Purchases (Consumables)

Super Likes, Boosts, and Virtual Gifts are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store as in-app purchases. All such transactions are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

b. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are purchased through our web storefront. Subscription payments are processed by Paystack. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

c. Virtual Goods

All virtual goods (Super Likes, Boosts, Gifts) are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any virtual goods at any time.

d. Restore Purchases

If you uninstall and reinstall the app, or switch devices, you can restore your previously purchased consumable items by using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the app.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Post any content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be resolved through the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
