Terms of Service

Welcome to Isooro! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Isooro mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion.

3. Purchases and Payments

a. Premium Pass (Web Storefront)

Premium access is sold as a prepaid Premium Pass through our web storefront. Passes are available in 30-day and 365-day durations. Passes do not auto-renew in V1 — when your pass expires, you may purchase a new pass to continue Premium benefits. Payments are processed by Paystack.

b. Digital Consumables (Web Storefront)

Super Likes, Boosts, Virtual Gifts, and other digital items may be purchased through the web storefront when you complete checkout outside the mobile app. Purchases require an authenticated Isooro account.

c. Virtual Goods

All virtual goods (Super Likes, Boosts, Gifts) are non-refundable and non-transferable except as described in our Refund Policy or as required by law. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any virtual goods at any time.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Post any content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be resolved through the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
